Pregnancy Progression Photo Book

If you take a look at my blog, you will see that posted many pregnancy progression photos, documenting my ever-growing belly before I gave birth to my son. I really enjoyed the process of taking photos, and writing journal posts about our journey, each week. I wrote about the baby’s growth, my pregnancy symptoms, and our life as we prepared to welcome our little one.

Of course I love that we can share our journey with our family, friends, and followers of my blog. At the same time, I wanted to take these photos, and these journals, and create a keepsake that I can pass on to my son, when he is older.

A few months ago, I was contacted by a representative from Meijer Photo. Meijer is a grocery chain located in the Midwest. Meijer Photo recently launched a new image3photo blog, in which they share various photo projects that can be created using their photo processing services. They were interested in developing a pregnancy progression photo book, and wanted to use my blog photos and journal entries to create a “demo” book, to be used in their blog.

I couldn’t have been more excited. A few weeks later, I received a beautiful book, documenting our journey through pregnancy. In addition, we are featured on the Meijer Photo Blog. To create the book, they used a variety of layouts, combining my progression photos and journal entries.
