My Baby Bump Week to Week: Welcome Baby!

Baby is here! Okay, he has been here for a few weeks now. I just haven’t had time to blog about our bundle of joy!  This will be the last of my baby bump blogs…at least for now. Initially, I wrote our entire birth story and I planned to publish here. And then, I re-read it. I decided against sharing it. It was a bit too long, a bit too dull, and a bit too…TMI. I will leave our birth story unpublished for now.

Baby Brooks was born weighing 7 lbs. 15 oz. and measuring 20″ long.  He has a head full of hair, the sweetest face I have ever seen, and a big personality (already). Our hospital stay was a bit too long for our liking. We were so excited to bring our little man home, show him his home, and begin this new chapter of our life. Gramma and Pop-Pop drove down to help us get all settled in, and Gramma made us some delicious food!

We are so in love with our little man. I am excited to begin blogging about his growth, which I plan to do monthly!
